Refunding

Refund Policy: All surety bond premiums are fully earned immediately upon electronic delivery or issuance. No refunds or returns of any kind are available unless the buyer returns: 

1.  The original unfiled, unused, executed bond AND 

2.  A signed letter from the obligee stating that the bond was never used and that the surety has no liability. 

 All fees including Credit Card fees, broker fees, shipping, and surety commissions  are non-refundable. No exceptions.
